During your session of hypnosis in which you are trying to use hypnotherapy to lose weight and manage your body, take deep breaths and relax. Envision a place where everything is calm and soothing. Keep this feeling when you finish the hypnotherapy session to keep you further motivated and inspired on your journey to lose weight. If necessary, follow up with a second or even third session of hypnosis if you feel you are lacking motivation.
